Can from Tavour. Pours gold with a huge creamy white head that persisted. Aroma is very Noble but light biscuit notes are discernible. Med body. Fairly dry and nicely bitter. Biscuit/bread somewhat dominated by grass/spice. Very tasty Helles.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to mug.
Appearance: clear yellow golden color with a three finger white frothy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet honey coated biscuity malts, nice floral hops, some bready/sweet yeasty notes
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet bready/biscuity maltiness; finishes the same way
Texture: medium bodied, very sessionable, very smooth along the tongue and nothing distracting
Overall: a very nicely done Helles lager by Grimm. I would definitely look for this one again.

Can, from Trader Joe's. Pours faintly cloudy lemon yellow with largish foamy white head, sweet malt aroma, high carbonation, medium bitter malty taste, honey flavor, thin body, long medium bitter finish. Good helles, but pricey.

Draught at Casa Verde, 9/15/21.
Clear, deep-maize golden with a white head that is small and quickly recedes to a ring.
Sweet cornbread, plentiful sourdough and soft, but generous herbal/grassy hops give a balanced rendition that still relies mostly on the malt. Some strong minerality from the yeast and no alcohol or flaw.
Soft and malty with good attenuation but still pleasant honey and light sourdough-like character with grassy hops and a pleasant, balancing, lingering bitterness. Nice mineral-like yeast character and feels very authentic without any Americanization. No alcohol or flaw noted.
