Draught Rosy-cream coloured head over ruby-highlighted black... fluid. Honey é preserved cherries. Impossibly intense. Sour from cherries, perfumey from... the same. Retronasal almost as smelling from a ladies' boudoir, but gorgeous all the same. Honey... in some disturbing way. All hints of dried fruit, essenced or tinctured. Really deeply complex. Sticky, oily, alcoholbomb. Full bodied, not carbonated in fact. Take away 1/3 of the sugars, and I'lI long for this every day.

375ml bottle. Pours a dense purple color. The aroma is fresh cherries to include some maraschino type cherries, The taste is more cherries both sweet and tart. The palate is full. Finishes long with lingering tart cherries. Overall: awesome sauce, Paired well with some Danish North Sea Cheese.

Tap at Peders Turns 8 - Vol 1, Copenhagen 06/12/2024 What a lovely interlude, mix of sweet and tart cherry interlaced with notes of sweet honey and caramel sweetness, almond accents born from the cherry medley coming in, light wooden nuance, nice body and mouthfeel, cherry infused finish. Beautiful.
