A super dank and juicy DIPA that is exclusively hopped with Nelson Sauvin. These hops provide bold citrus fruit and gooseberry flavours alongside some rich vinous notes, rounded out with a dank almost diesel-like depth and moderate bitterness

Can from Westhill Service Station. Murky bronze body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of bread and orange. Flavour of apricot and honey. Medium to full body with a creamy mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Sweet and hoppy.

440ml can. Hazed gold, good white head. Aroma is hoppy and sweet. Nice juicy stonefruit profile, some pithy tropical citrus, pineapple, gentle Sauvin providing nice grape, gooseberry moments with soft resin coming into play. Nicely rounded, smooth and luscious. Good stuff.

Can. Slightly dirty looking gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, pretty light and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth of slightly thin malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Savoury hops with a bitterish edge. A little ripe citrus and some bitterish peel. A thin and tangy finish leaves a bitter linger. Nah, not for me. No Nelson Sauvin character (probably not Pentrich's fault) and a bit too sharp edged. Not a stinker but not worth the calories for me.

Can picked up from Hoptimism webshop, Loughborough Leicestershire, UK and consumed Wednesday 25th November 2020 having had a nice Sausage casserole. Pours hazy murky yellow with a white head, nice buzziness, big hoppy profile, fruity, juicy but also quite resinous and streaky throughout. Look I am not a big fan of this style of IPA I would far rather a dry and bitter west coast variant, however credit where credit is due these guys are one of the few that nail it.

Can from Eltham Wines. Cloudy orange pour with a white head. Predominantly sweet fruit nose - tropical, stone, pineapple, sweet citrus - the whole shebang. Taste is mango puree, pineapple, breakfast juice, sweet citrus. Bit of an ethanol kick, not too intrusive though. Bittersweet with a hoppy bite in the close.

Can at home from HOTM online, 22/10/20. Murky orange with a well presented off white cap. Nose is ripe citric pith, stoned fruits, pissy Nelson twang, ripe mango flesh, pine resin. Taste comprises bitter tropical fruits, orange wine gums, weed, pine resin, guava, Um Bongo, pissy Nelson tinges. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with dank laden resinous hop bitterness. Solid Nelson work ... good balance ... Nelson qualities and and a balanced rising boost.
