75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Dec 20. Thanks Paul for this! Dark appearance with a purple hue. Subdued but pleasant blueberry notes emerging with a bristling sharp woody wild side. Like previous de Garde I tried in Oregon the adjunct is very mild; would be great if this was improved so fruit additions could shine more.

Monthly beer share in Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury; 21st Dec 2020. Cheers Paul for the cork & capped large bottle of this (US pint and 9.4 Fl Oz); bottled in Jul 2020. Misty purple/red body, light pink head. Blueberries rule the nose and taste in this semi-sour brew, other bits and bobs going on in the background like a yeasty bite and a woody trace, but it's all about Blueberries.

Cloudy red with a lasting white head. Aroma of funk, sulphur and blueberry. Sweetish and tart fruity flavour with a spicy note.

Bottle @ Ratebeer, Odense. Pours Murky red with a small White head. Bottle 20/7. Blueberries, dental Care, Wood, slight hint of youghurt. Dry finish.

750ml bottle pours out purple pink blue color topped with a small fizzy head. Nose is nice tart funky blueberries and some bugs. Taste is more of the nice funky barrel bugs and a tart berry kick.
