En samarbetsöl med Närke Kulturbryggeri. Två bryggerier som firar 15 år! Det firar vi genom att brygga ett öl tillsammans. Först bryggde vi en batch Thurbo Stout och sedan en batch Kaggens Stormaktsporter, dessa två fick sedan jäsa tillsammans. Efter att ölet var klart fördes det över till Bourbon fat och lagrades där i 4 månader.

(Bottle) Black colour with brief, frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted, vinous nose with dark chocolate, coffee, dark bread, liquorice fudge, tobacco, oak wood, bourbon, treacle and vanilla. Malty, roasted, sweet taste with notes of dark bread, oak wood, bourbon, liquorice, caramel, tobacco, treacle, coffee, vanilla and a generous roasty bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, sweet. Rich, powerful and warming, still mellow, balanced and harmonious. Excellent beer!

Bottle, 330 ml. Shared with Zec, JFK10000, MiroB at my Grande. Black with beige head. Chocolate and barrel, bourbon, sweetish, medium bodied.

Draught@Akkurat, Stockholm. Black colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is liquorice, alcohol, some vanilla, mild wooden, whisky and some toffeeish notes. Flavour is alcohol, liquorice, some mild spices, wood, whisky, toffee and some slight nutty notes. Very nicely balanced.

Poured into Porterhouse Celebration Stout Barrel Aged Collection. piana spora, srednio trwala bez lactingu, kremowa niczym crema na espresso z mojego espresso. ciemno bezowa, czarna barwa, geste i oleiste, pachnie wedzonka, palonym drewnem, weglem drzewnym. w smaku na ustach slodycz, krowki, irysy, potem cos z akcentow miodowych, po chwili ziolowosc i zbijajaca z nog goryczka, po chwili alkoholowe szlachetne cieplo, alko genialnie ukryte, wypaca to piwo niezle, polecam na rozgrzanie po zmarznieciu, doskonaly i bez wad szwedzki RIS. czyc tu beczke, whisky lub bourbon. Pairing with Salchichon A la Pimenta and Golka cheese from Tatra Mountain.

Bottle. Dark dark brown with a thin head of brown foam. Soy, brown sugar nose. Very sweet, notes of vanilla, heavy roast/molasses undertones in the midrange, fading smoothly to a nice but powerful bitter aftertaste.
