75 cl bottle. Hazy golden colour with a big, bubbly white head. Fruity aroma with grapefruits, apricot, salty notes, a dry grassy bitterness from the tequila barrels. The taste is light sour. Medium body. Dry, tart fruity finish with lingering salty hints. Lovely, intense.

Straw colored body, with a medium, off-white head. Aroma of citrus, lemon candy, wood, moderate tequila, some stone fruits. Tastes similar. Medium mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes medium acidic, citric, wooden, quite dry, a bit hoppy. Interesting, quite unusual Baghaven. Well integrated tequila barrel, fresh and balanced overall, with lots of yellow fruits. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 16

75cl bottle courtesy of Ewan, shared with Ewan and Soph at the Last Beer Tasting Before Lockdown 2.0. Hazed golden yellow, good white head. Light tequila presents itself on the nose, alongside spiky citrus. To taste, tequila seems to integrate nicely with the spiky grapefruit, citrus, softened only slightly by subtle sabro. The tequila does emerge more as it begins to breathe, providing a sharp alcohol hit. Very good.
