(Bottle) Golden amber colour with brief, foamy head. Fruity nose with notes of apples, apricots, orange peel and barnyard. Fruity, tart taste with apples, dried apricots, orange peel, marzipan, barnyard and a dry finish with a generous acidity. Medium body, dry. Clean, fresh and dry. Very nice.

14/5/2022. Bottle from RAD Beer, shared at the Warsaw GP cider tasting. Pours clear pale copper gold with a small short lasting frothy white head. Aroma is rich, spiced apple, lightly funky, brown sugar, dusty woody notes. Light sweetness, moderate bitterness, light tartness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Enjoyable.

75cl bottle. Misty gold appearance. Great natural keeved fruit aroma. Overall character presents excellent woody coarse keeved fruit, with a soft tannic feel. Lusciously fruity and wonderfully drinkable. Here's to 10 more years of Pilton.

750ml bottle from Pilton. Sparkling, golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of apple, woody, caramel, earthy. Taste is sweetish, apple, tangy, woody, oak barrel, with some drying spicy tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry oaky finish. Nicely drinkable.
