4.5% - Pale yellow colour with light haze and fluffy bright white head. The citrusy orange notes hint at coriander seed but the light zestiness is not unwelcome. Nice. Not overly sweet.

21/3/2021. Can sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers. Pours spritzy, clear, golden with a pink tint and a small bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty, herbal, banana, clove. Medium plus sweetness, light to moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Wasn't especially keen on this one.

Tight foamy white head stayed on highly carbonated pale straw coloured body. Confectionery aroma. Medium bodied, effervescent with a clean back. Bitter, yeast, confectionery, apple(?) & spiced tastes.

14th September 2020, Shrewsbury Beer Share gathering with Syrian Supper in Chez Sophie, five in attendance. 355ml can (not 330ml Mat), brought by me, via Beer52. Mini-haze to the light golden body, not the usual look of a traditional Weissbier, body was watery and weak too. Nose held a little yeastiness and some clove like esters, taste mild yeasty and cloves again; not as exciting as I'd hoped for.

330ml can @ Syrian Supper tasting, Chez Sophie Sep 20. Thanks Jeremy for this. Pours a misty pale yellow, small white head. Light citrus and hefe yeast on the nose. Overall character seems very light, thin, coming across like a low-strength hefe, breezy straw, light yeast sweetness. Ok quencher, but fails to make a lasting mark.
