0,75l bottle at home. Bottled 2020. Purple color, small pink head. smells berry notes, blackberries, red wine, grapes, subtle tannins. full body, soft carbonation. tastes berry notes, wood, oak, spices, red wine, grapes, rather really, roots, bit medical, alcohol lightly noticeable. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of berry notes, tannins and some oak. Very nice one, rather unique, rather full body, great balance, very smooth for the ABV. Lovely

On tap at Christian Firtal. Deep red with a lasting pale pink head. Aroma of dark berries, with wood and some green leaves. Dry, and tart dark berry flavour with a funky touch.

Tap at Drinkøteka. Misty dark red body, slightly pinkish off-white head gone fairly soon. Soft aroma, wild touches, spicy red wine notes, vaguely tart, even slightly acetic. Lean dry, sweetish taste, minerally subtle red wine ending with tannins in the finish, giving some astringency, but not overwhelming you. It's wine forward more than wild-forward which may make some more keen on it than I am, but it's decent. The almost 9% are well hidden, which raises the score!
