[ As Vault City Rhubarb & Ginger Sour ].
ABV: 7.4%. Light cloudy light to medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, rhubarb, ginger, light soapy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, tart, rhubarb, sweet rhubarb, rhubarb syrup, rhubarb compote. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle at home, New Years Eve, 2020. Pours off clear orange. Aroma is ginger syrup and light rhubarb. Taste is tart fruit, ginger, ginger syrup and power, rhubarb, it’s a delicious sour again

7-3-7-4-15 Bottle, eleven months before bbd. Pours hazy golden, with a creamy head. Aroma is lactic notes with fruity notes of rhubarb, musty fruit peel, minerals and lots of ginger, as well as leafs, earthy spices and minerals. Creamy body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity lactic, with hay, musty farmhouse minerals, rhubarb and bretty notes of berries and fizzy candy, as well as ginger and earthy notes.

Incredible ginger nose, clear rhubarb notes. More a fruit beer (typical of Vault City) than a sour, perhaps... nonetheless, yummy

375ml Bottle sophiesbeerstore.co.uk. Misty golden orange appearance, nice frothy white head. Oodles of rhubarb in the aroma, soft ginger. Impressive rhubarb presence overall, complemented nicely by fresh zingy ginger, perhaps a little lemongrass creeping in. Great clarity of flavour with a nice sharp edge. Very good.
