BAIB at Tom's Tap Cider Festival, 02Jun2022 Crewe. Slightly hazy pale yellow colour, afew bubbles in top and aroma of perry pear. Taste is tangy, herbal, perry pear, fruity, woody, tart, with some acidity and tannin. Light bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Box @ Bailey Head, Oswestry. Misty milky golden yellow appearance, some bubbles atop. Curiously tangy, sour character with some wild yeasty hints and floral meadow. Bit different for a perry that's for sure.
