Il manto superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è rosso. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio. L'amaro è assente e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di sidro beverino. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, mela, sambuco e ibisco.

Bottle. Clear dull pink. Sweet apple, a hint of funk. There’s maybe elderflower and hibiscus but it’s quite subtle. Red apple peel, a hint if red berries. Medium sweet, light tart. Over medium bodied, light dry. Good cider.

330ml bottle from L'Epicerie de Paris, shared with Soph listening to the Cure live from Glastonbury last year. Clear copper appearance, thin ring of white bubbles atop. Aroma of strong caramel, stewed apple fruit. Taste presents a gentle carbonation, caramel, stewed fruit, quite sharp with no noticeable elderflower or hibiscus notes unfortunately. Not bad but not quite what was expected.

Taste is sweet juicy, fleshy apple, fruity, caramel, flowery notes, light tartness and tannin. Light bodied, medium carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Quite drinkable
