[as Fils de Pomme Le Cidre Infusé] Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dal fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla scarsa tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è cristallino, con carbonazione frizzante e persistente. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di sidro beverino. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, yuzu e mela.

Bottle. Clear pinkish golden. Indeed quite some yuzu and basil, dry apple peel, light juice, floral, a hint of mineral funk. Medium sweet and lighter bitter and tart. Medium bodied and medium dry. OK.

330ml bottle from L'Epicerie de Paris. Clear pale gold. Aroma has noticeable spice, caramel, yuzu, basil. Gently spicy on the palate, soft carbonation, some cassonade, stewed caramelised fruit, soft yuzu, a touch herbal. Not unpleasant, but not one I'd want to revisit.

20/6/2020. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear bright gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of spiced apple, herbs, citrus, flowers and slight ginger. Quite sweet, minimal tart. Moderate body, oily watery texture, soft carbonation. A miss for me this one.

330ml bottle courtesy of minutemat, cheers Mat! Golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of ginger-ale, citric, herby. Taste is apple, spiced, herbal, gingery, some tartness, yuzu citrus notes and dryness. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry herb & citric finish. Quite drinkable.
