A robust yet refreshingly smooth Porter. Complexity from the malt offers coffee, caramel and chocolate, married with light coconut and citrus hop notes and a medium dry finish.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers GB. Aroma is light roasted coffee and dried fruit. Taste is dry with some stone fruit and roasted malt. Little thin on the finish but not bad.

Keg @ Fighting Cocks, Oakengates alongside a very good pork pie and mustard. Pours jet black, with a frothy beige collar. Aroma brings light coffee, chocolate malt. Overall character focuses on prominent chocolate malt, semi-sweet with some mild roast and coffee glimpses. Very good.
