Same 75cl bottle that Mat had. 16th Mar 2020, Shrewsbury Beer Share. As he mentions, the bottle basically exploded it's contents all over the place and soaked us and everything around us. We told Mike to complain to the brewer, it cost him over £16:00 for the bottle. Anyway what was left (very little) we split between the five of us. Light amber body, white head. Mint aroma and taste, some sourness noted also. not my scene.

75cl bottle @ The Beer Tasting At The End of the World, Chez Sophie, March '20. Bit miffed about this one. Almost the entire contents gushed out all over us, my laptop, our phones, the floor, table, snacks.. very annoying. What could be salvaged poured pale amber, foamy white head. Good mint and cucumber nose, decent sour hit, some goats cheese but tainted by the fact we took a beer shower from it. No raspberry or cocoa notes whatsoever.

A very unique beer no doubt. Perhaps a little muddled, but the sourness is super clean and spot on. The Knott manchester
