Sample, thanks Danlo! Misty golden yellow appearance. Aroma of floral, musty fruit, continuing to form a floral character to taste, distinct quince emerging with juicy citrus notes, a touch musty with an intriguing sweetness. Medium carbonation. Interesting.

12/1/2020. Sample, from bottle, courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours very slightly hazy pale gold with a small short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma initially picks up sweet fleshy apples but with a sharper citrusy backdrop developing. Taste has light sweetness, with a good dose of quince tartness with a long dry and slightly bitter finish. Medium body, light sparkling carbonation.

750ml bottle from Oak Barrel, Sydney. Batch No. QU002. Hazy yellow gold colour, foamy white head that dissipates away and aroma of fragrant quince, fruity apple. Taste is juicy, tart, quince, dry apple, fruity, citric, slightly bitter. Medium bodied, soft to medium carbonation, dry fruity finish. Nicely drinkable.
