Coral cave is an underwater cave in the Northern part of Malta. It’s accessible from either the sea, or by jumping off the high edges of the harsh, volcanic rock’s tube surrounding it. Once inside, the divers' rewards are: spectacular firework anemones, seahorses, rare goldfish, and soft coral gardens. Coral cave is our take on the cold-lagered ales typical of Cologne, and the epitome of a session beer. Its bready and honey-like malt flavours go hand in hand with the bright herbal accents of German-grown noble hops, leaving a lean and dry finish with a soft bitterness. Amazing in its simplicity.

Bottiglia. Il naso riconosce indizi di orzo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, crosta di pane, cereali, erba e agrumi.

On keg at 67 Kapiteli.
Appearance - yellow with a light haze. White head.
Nose - malt and light lemon.
Taste - toast, honey and gentle citrus.
Palate - light bodied, fresh finish.
Overall - better than most Kolsch, which I generally find a fairly boring style.

Tap in Gozo. Murky yellowish color small bubbly head. Flavor light malty sugary with some bittering herbs a bit salty faint bitterness rather Flatt and grainy.

Lekkie, słodowe, rześkie z delikatną ziołową, przyjemną goryczką. Barwa złota, nieprzejrzyste, piana szybko redukuje się do krążka, ładny lacing. Goryczka zaznaczona, ziołowa. Bardzo przyjemne.
