Une bière blonde légère équilibrée, rafraîchissante et finement houblonnée. La Cristal IPA intègre des houblons aromatiques et non pas amérisants : Le Saaz : houblon noble et aromatique et plusieurs houblons en provenance des Etats Unis pour leurs parfums très floraux et leurs notes agrumes. Un nez houblon très floral et agrume, suivi d’une première bouche également très florale, un corps équilibré et une fin de bouche qui donne envie de redécouvrir la bière une nouvelle fois.

Champagne-like color. Some traces of lacing. In aroma, there are hints of citruses, pear, and soap. The whole beer feels too soapy. Medium bitterness, low sweetness. Watery. Light body. Medium to high carbonation.

Bottle. Color: Clear golden, frothy white head. Aroma: Floral hop. Taste: Floral hop, subtle lemon notes, malty background. Moderate to over moderate bitterness, light sweetness. Medium body, average carbonation. Ok but nothing special.

Helder lichtgeel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is licht bitter hoppig en licht fris fruitig met iets van gras, citrus en wat dennen. Is erg waterig in de mond en vrij vlak van smaak. Valt me erg tegen.

330ml bottle from TBS in Moscow. Pours clear gold with a tall off-white head. Aroma is floral hops, herbs and malt. Taste is medium sweet, caramel, herbs, mint. Mild bitter finish.

750 ml capped bottle with swingtop for re-sealing, as La Cristal I.P.A. from Brasserie du Mont Blanc. Purchased at Gulating Ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%, IBU 30. Gusher bottle, 1/3 of the content went down the sink. Pale golden colour, moderate white head. Moderate aroma of floral and herbal hops. The flavour is first slightly citric, before sweet pilsener malts take over, ending in a very moderate and dry herbal hop bitterness.

33cl bottle from E.Leclerc Pierry supermarket in France. F: medium, white, almost good retention. C: pale gold, clear. A: orange, tangerine, bit herbal, pine, bit mango. T: medium malty base, orange, watery tangerine, bit pine resin, dry on the palate, soft carbonation, decent harmonic bitterness, enjoyed.
