Pours black with a large lasting head.Nose shows roasted malt, resinous hops, pine and fruit confectionery.Cocoa and roasted malt as flavours along with more of the confectionery. Some pine too. Finishes with a strong hoppy bitterness.Nice creamy carbonation works well.

Cola brown to black pour. Roasted coffee and toasted brown bread combined with pine and citrus aroma, taste is the same but doesn’t quite live up to the aroma. Nice mouthfeel, overall a strong bipa but slightly underperforming.

Bottle. Pours very dark, almost black, with a mahogany tinge. One and a half finger beige head which is thick and creamy and persists. Aroma- lots of hops, chocolatey malt, liquorice, hints of dark fruit. Quite a bit going on, and the hops dominate. Taste- roasty malts, cocoa, espresso coffee, hop bitterness, fruity notes detectable, lingering bitterness at the end. Medium to full mouthfeel, quite creamy but with a nice amount of carbonation. Very interesting, and very nice.

330ml bottle. Black-brown colour, foamy off-white head leaving lots of lacing and aroma of dark malt, chocolate, fruity, citrusy hop. Taste is roasted malt, caramel, fruity floral orange citrus, grapefruit hoppy with coffee, chocolate notes and tangy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry roast bitter finish. Very drinkable black IPA.

Bottle 330ml (ABM)
Dark black color, small steady brown head. Aroma has citrus and roasted maltyness. Medium-bodied. Nice strong roast with good grapefruity and resiny hoppyness. Although it is "only" 6 % this beer has lots of things going. Good balance of roast and bitterness. Quite dry finish.
