Kirsebær og surt, men det ligger vel i kortene. Gjærpreg av noe vagt fenolisk som jeg ikke helt blir venn med.

50cl bottle from Lindheim, Gvarv. Pours clear deep red with a decent, pink head. Rather mild cherry aroma with lactic notes. Moderate sweet with mild cherry flavour and a mild, but pleasant acidity. Rather tasty and refreshing.

Red stuff with a fine pink head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Pleasant carbonation level. Not to high as many other in this genre. Mild acidity also. Just a bit to much yoghurt feeling here. Cherry yoghurt….

Bottle, #235, 10 months before bbd. Pours clear red, with a big creamy, pink head settling at finger thickness. Aroma is lactic acid with cherries and red berries. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is light tart with lactic acid and light notes of cherries. Straightforward and quaffable, but not very exciting though.

Bottle. A clear candy red beer with a finger-thick pink head of finger-thick size. Lacing. The aroma has lots of cherry, with some cherry pits, a touch of yoghurt, bread dough and a touch of lemon and orange juice. It's medium bodied, perhaps a bit too carbonated, dry and lightly tart. Delicious cherry flavor, with the yoghurt added it reminds me of a cherry yoghurt, only better, with some cherry pits and bread dough. Lemon notes and rhubarb towards the end. A delicious one that I bet would do much better with more body and alcohol. 180728
