500 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%. Hazy golden colour (turned the bottle upside down to get max yeast), moderate white head. Sourish aroma of decaying fruits and silage. hints of coriander and orange peel. Sour / acidic and fruity flavour, not quite the way a witbier should be. Something must have gone wrong in the fermentation here. Distinct coriander and bittering hops.

Flaske fra Eide Handel. Lys gyldengul. Uklar. Høyt luftig skum som daler sakte. Aroma av sitrus & krydder. Smaken som aromaen. Litt tørr etter hvert. Gjennomgående appelsinpreg.

330ml bottle, #48, bought at Gulating Ølutsalg Tromsø. Firm, white head leaving dotted spots on the glass. Late straw coloured body with a haze of wheat. Spiced wheaty nose, modest. Coriander, pale malts, and citric moments to the taste profile. Ends rather bitter with citrus peels. Accepted. (Tromsø 01.09.2018).

Bottle. A lightly hazy pale golden colored beer with a small off-white head. The aroma is rather weak, with coriander and orange, a generic fruityness and a touch of pale malts. It's dry and metallic on the palate, with a bit hard carbonation. Medium body. Orange, coriander, yeast and fruityness, with a little bitterness. More bitterness in the finish, with some grass, pine cone hints, pale malts and some coriander seeds. Too yeasty and dry this one. 171022

Bottle, six months before bbd. Pours hazy yellow, with a two finger thick creamy head. Aroma is tart fruity yeast, with hay, peppery wheat, orange peel. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is tart, with minerals and soapy notes, as well peppery hay and citrusy notes. Pretty strange, and not very refreshing.

Bottle at home. Pours light amber with very small white head. Aroma of bananas, some esters and phenols, smoke, a little oranges. Taste bitter, bitter finish. Thin bodied, almost watery. Re-rated 2018-01-19: Tasting sample at Jåttå Gårdsbryggeri. Strong Aroma of yeast, sulfur. Tastes pretty bitter. Not a good example for a Belgian wit. 2018-09-17: Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Subtle aroma of oranges. Tastes slightly bitter with little sweetness. Thin bodied, dry mouthfeel. Still not a good wit.

Hazy golden color with a fine white head. Decent intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a fine carbonation. Moderate sweet and a bit dry texture. Wheat, yeast, malty, mild fruity and herbal flavor. Not very refreshing this one.
