Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt, alcohol, over ripe fruits, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, hops, spices, hay, and fruit, leading to a bitter finish.

From tap as Binki, 6.5, IPA. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is grapefruity and solid peachy. Crisp hoppy, smooth fruity and lingering hoppy. Smooth fruityand solid peachy hoppy finish.

Tåkete brun med fingerhøyt beige skum. Lukter fersken, sydhavsfrukter og lett karamell. Mye bitterhet, sitrusskall og druestener. Kjenner en lett fruktighet i bakgrunnen, men bitterheten dominerer hele vegen.

Fra fat på Cirkus, Stavanger: lett uklar gylden med flott, tett skum. Nydelig og intens aroma og kraftig smak av furunål, grapefrukt og bitterappelsiner. Noe honningsødme i aromaen, men smaken er knasende tørr. Ettersmaken er ganske så bitter uten å bli harsk. Kjempegod, og hurra for at dette ble min norske øl nr. 1000!

On tap at Kulturhuset, Oslo. Golden to amber with a fairly modest, white head. Fairly hoppy aroma with some slightly unpleasant notes, but mostly fruit and citrusy. Moderate sweet with not totally convincing flavours, but nice bitterness. Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is strange grassy, old lawn, rotten leafs, minerals, weeds, light malts, wet hay, paper, soil, old hops, hints of sulfur. Taste is dry mineraly, weeds, harsh hops, bark, medicine, grass, minerals, leafs, cardboard, hay, light malts. Longlasting harsh mouthfeel, medical mouthfeel. Meh!
