Tåkete lys brun med fingerhøyt beige skum som forsvinner fort. Lukter rips, skogsbær og noe eple. Syrlig smak, rips og middels sødme men syrligheten dominerer. Kort

Bottle sample at a tasting at Shibolet home-brewery. Thanks Naama. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of yogurt, fruitiness, lemon, some pickled vegetables. Tart flavor, lactic, with a bit of graininess, lemon, fruitiness. Quite light-bodied. Pleasant but not exceptional.

Bottle 500ml @ Geokkjer
Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat and raspberries. Taste is light to medium sweet and light to medium sour with a long dry, raspberry, popcorn, wheat finish. Body is medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. A hazy, golden-orange colored beer with a dense, white head leaving lacings. The aroma is rather malty, sort of like a breakfast cereal, with citrusy and resiny hints and distinct berry touch. Raspberry. Some pineapple too, but didn’t notice until I read the commercial deScription. It’s medium to full-bodied with a smooth carbonation. Dry. Raspberry, pineapple notes and lemony notes in the flavor, where there’s too much popcorn I think. Lasting finish. Well, quite nice, but there’s too much popcorn going on. 151114

500 ml bottle, batch #95, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.0%. Pink colour, moderate off-white head. Aroma of both sour and over-ripe raspberries and lactic acid. Can’t detect the pineapple. Very sour flavour, lactic acid galore, also sour raspberries. Unfresh finish. Not really my cup of tea.

Flaske 500ml fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø Langnes. Drukket i Skibotn 2 Okt 15. Gulgråbrun. Veldig uklar. Raskt forsvinnende skum. Ikke pen. Søt fruktaroma. Plommer. Smaken syrlig. Litt kunstig preg. Plommer. Fersken. Tyggegummi. Frisk.
