Bottle, batch 69. Pours hazy yellow with a red hue, with a creamy head. Aroma is tart raspberries, fruit peel and lactic acid. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is light tart with fruit peel, sorrel, currants, rhubarb, raspberries, and lactic acid, as well as some sweet strawberries and pineapple. Falls a bit short on drinkability due to a somewhat sweet-ish finish, but otherwise a splendid brew.

500ml bottle, batch 68, from Vinmonopolet Langnes. Fair white head to a murky, grey golden body. Nose is bready with medium sweet berries. Flavour of wheat, strawberries, raspberries, and fruit leading to a sweet and tart ending. Soft in the mouth. On an average level with some refreshing moments (Shared with djoeye, Tromsø 16.09.2015).

Sampled at Vill & Syrlig 2015. Unclear orange/golden body with a moderate sized white head. A bit unusually in aroma, overripe fruit, pineapple, hint of yoghurt and farmhouse. Flavor is nice and refreshing with mild acidic fruit together with mature citric fruit, pineapple, hint of sweet fruit candy and wheat. Medium body and good aftertaste. Nice one.

10.09.2015, 0,5l bottle @ home:
Nice creamy shortlasting head, very hazy. Aroma is slightly sour-ish fruity, raspberries, soda powder, wheat, sorrel, yeast, hay. Taste is slightly sour-ish, sorrel, yeast, grass, soda powder, dry sour raspberries, hay, weeds, berry skin, grain. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and watery mouthfeel. Nice, but I’d rather prefer it was 3% ABV...

50cl bottle from Vinmonopolet Storo, Oslo. Pours hazy and borderline ugly golden with a modest white head. Immediate smell of fresh raspberries - quite promising! Nice fruity aroma dominated by raspberries, some acidic tropical fruits in the background (guess it’s the pineapples) mild grainy notes and hints of lemon and sour milk. Deliciously fruity with raspberries and a nice and refreshing acidity, not much sweetness, but feels very balanced somehow. Simply delicious! Pure candy! (It actually reminds me a bit of sour raspberry candy from childhood). Goes down very easy and simply the most refreshing beer I’ve had in a long time. More is needed!

Nice champagne color with a fine white head that ends up in a layer. The layer stays there. Nice raspberry in the aroma. Pineapple hmmm nja. Fine body with a nice carbonation. Good balance between sweetness and acidity. Nice lactic profile. Not to much, but you have no problems with recognizing it. It is there oh yeah. Fine raspberry profile in the flavor. Something reminds me of biscuits. Pineapple….nja not to much. Nice refreshing ale.
