On tap at Nærbø Ølfestival. It pours a lightly unclear, brown to dark amber body. Beige head. Pine cones, citrus peel, peaches and some sugar-ish maltyness on the palate. Peaches, orange, some sugary hints and a fine bitterness in the flavor. Medium body, quite dry. Bitter and peachy finish. An easy drinkable and tasteful beer, but I’m not too fond of the hop mix in this one. Won’t mind drinking more of it thoug. 111022

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Chestnut colour, creamy off-white to beige head. Unusual fruity perfumed aroma, notes of over-ripe raspberries. Smooth and pleasant mouthfeel. The flavour is moderately fruity (hints of raspberries again) with a nice balance between the malts (with notes of rye bread and a hint of caramel) and American hops (with moderate piney and grapefruity notes).

Surprisingly dark brown, cloudy. Small beige head. Aromas of grainy hops, rye, and a nice whiff of grapefruit. The ryebread also in the flavours, along with some sweet caramel notes. Medium to fullbodied with a well balanced long durational bitterness. Slick in the mouth and low carbo. Overall a very tastefull and balanced delicious brew. Despite having american hops the fruity flavours reminds me more of an english style IPA.

Sampled @ Nærbø beerfestival. Clear, reddish brown body with a thin beige head. Lovely citric aroma with malt. Flavor is fruity, rich malt, nice bitterness and hint of toast. Medium body, fine dry aftertaste. A tasty and balanced beer close to an IPA in hops. Very refreshing.
