On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Deep red / ruby colour, moderate off-white head. Moderate aroma of spicy hops. Smooth flavour, not too sweet, very drinkable. Spicy, earthy, resinous and grapefruity hops throughout, with a solid bitterness in the aftertaste. Sufficient malts in the background. Very good.

Kveldens tredje, fra fat denne flotte kvelden på Cardinal i selskap med Kompani Lilndheim: fantastisk flott skum, klar rubinfarge. Trestjerners smak, munnfylde, blanse og ettersmak - alt er der. Ikke rart dette er bryggerinnens favoritt. Vinkelhastigheten på 8,5 er eksemplarisk godt skjult. Humlene er Chinook, Centennial og masse Amarillo, og tørrhumlet med Cascade, Centennial og Amarillo fra staten Washington. En Pizza Port-oppskrift, lett modifisert av Ingeborg selv.

Dark amber. Large and persistent beige head. Good lacing. Well balanced aroma, and taste, of toffee, caramel and orange and lime marmelade. Round mouthfeel. Good drinkability.

Lindheim tasting at Håndverkerstuene. Clear dark amber to ruby, with a small off-white head. Hoppy and malty aroma with caramel, pine, citrus and hints of tropical fruits and malt. Sweet, hoppy and caramely with a citrusy and bitter finish. Very well crafted and quite delicious!

On tap @ Kick. Beautiful clear, deep red body with a fine off-white head. Aroma has malt, citric fruit, grapefruit, pine and hints of caramel. Flavor has strong and fresh citric fruit like peaches, some pine, smooth malt, caramel and toast. Alcohol is well hidden. Fine body and long, nice, malty, fruity and bitter aftertaste. Dangerous stuff.

Pours slightly hazy deep amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, citrus, grape and pine. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long caramel, malty, fruity and pine finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

On tap at Kick. Nice lacings. An almost clear one, amber in color and with a finger thick beige head. The aroma is pretty hoppy, with some caramel malts in the back. Lots of flavor too, mostly on the hoppy side. Caramel and some pine cones and citrus peel too. Full body, soft carbonation. Lasting finish blending hops and malts nicely. Dangerously easy drinkable. 140213
