330ml bottle. Jet black colour with small to average, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, tan head. Sweet-ish and slightly roasty, dark and caramel malty aroma, notes of toffee, some cocoa, dark chocolate, whiffs of vanilla. Taste is sweet-ish, chocolately and slightly roasty, dark and caramel malty, notes of toffee, caramel, some cocoa, whiffs of liquorice, vanilla; a minimally warming, alcoholic touch in the finish, well hidden alcohol overall.
Creamy texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, fine, dense, soft, creamy carbonation.
Sweet-ish and mildly roasty, nice toffee flavours - quite OK.

0.33l bottle, huge thanks H! Shared with Hrabren and Ogi. Murky dark brown blackish body, creamy tan head. Enormous creamy aroma, fruity, blueberries and vanilla really, mild oxidation, some oily dark malts, alcohol. Lean, relatively dry, excessively barrely taste, woody, roasty, ashy, but smooth, low peat, bit salty, minerally, low dark chocolate. I mean, okay? Well hidden alcohol here, still.

330 ml bottle. Pours black with short head. Aromas of cola, ink and toasted malts. Flavors of chalky dark fruit, oaky wood, licorice, dark berries and toasted malts. A little too much on the oak, but otherwise quite nice.

Donkerbruin bier met bruin schuim wat niet echt lang blijft staan. Smaak is bitterzoet met iets van bessen, wat koffie en chocolade. Gemeen bier, drinkt heel makkelijk weg.

33cl bottle @ Kato Gateaux cake shop in Mechelen. Head is big, tanned, good retention. Colour is black, opaque. Aroma light roasted tones, black berries, coffee, chocolate. Taste is full malty base, chocolate, cocoa, vanilla, nutty, dark berries, bit warming alcohol, nice balanced bitterness, medium carbonation, good one, enjoyed.

Pours a bit viscous to a good, dense tan head over almost black brown beer. End of bottle bubbly UFO's. Black berries from afar upon opening, then roast. Sweet, ink, watercolour paint, burnt crust of meatroast. Dry at first, ink, roast bitterness, hints of bitter almond, and gradually sweetening. Faint stout acidity, bit woody, liquorice. Pappy MF, slight astringency, very well-carbonated, thick body, some alcoholwarming. Obviously I like the Reprise better than the original edition, but I won't become a huge fan for the longest time.
