Can. M&S. Reduced to a quid and a bit. Hazed gold. Fairly thick, messy white foam. Nose has floral hop. Sticky citrus. Some pine. Clean and crisp malt. Taste is light, crisp bitter. Taste is similarly bitter, and a little dry. Light to medium body. Sharp carbonation. Lingering bitterness to finish. Wasn’t supposed to be having a beer tonight, but after 6 hours sweating my balls off on 142s this went down a treat.

Can from Marks & Spencer, Manchester. Golden with a carbonation and a thick frothy head. Has a lager nose with a little more hop in its taste, but its lager characteristics are still dominant.

The M&A vouchers I got for Christmas have been put to good use. Floral and pine aroma. Low key. Opaque pale amber gold. Thick white foam head. Mesium bitter with a kick at the end before a tough if sweetness into the finish. Grapefruit which I do not particularly pick up in the aroma. Thin bodies. Light. Fizzy carbonation. Dry astringent finish. Refreshing. One of those IPLs which to me may as well be a Session IPA.

Can from M&S. Hazy gold in colour, with a billowy, white, head. A pleasantly Holly lager, with some crisp malts, a touch of lemon fruit and lingering, bitter, finish. Good.

Can split at CBC Islington, thanks to Fergus, 17/10/18. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is orange pith, floral notes, straw, melon, bitter citric peel. Taste comprises lemon rind, orange pith, grassy, toasted grains, melon, light breads, hint of pine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with mellow hop bitterness. Fine for the style.

Can shared in London - cheers. Pours lightly hazy gold with a foamy. Drinkable enough, some grainy pale malts, ripe lemon. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Dry finish, more crispy malts. Fine.
