Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Got a bit lost at the back of the fridge, this one. Anyhow, it’s Ribena red. Mostly clear. Thin, frothy, off white head. Nose has oats and wheat. Blueberry. Fruity hop. Definitely got a lactic twang. Taste is a little sweet, turning fruity, and a little dry. Medium body. Blueberry and lactose on the finish. Ok.

Bottle from The Beerhive. Hazy ruby body with a medium pink head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of blueberries and pine. Flavour of grass, bitter hops and blueberries. Thin to medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A distinctive IPA. The addition of blueberries works really well.

Bottle picked up at Deya Taproom, Landsdown Industrial Estate, Cheltenham, Friday 25th August 2017 consumed at Scott and Mandy’s, Dumbleton the same evening. The colour of old blood, hazy appearance with light pinky white head. Soft in the mouth the fruit is really given a run for its money by the hops which are mosaic I believe. Smooth, creamy, dry. Lovely beer with fruit and hops in perfect harmony at the end a hoppy flurry and then hoppy burps aplenty. A7 A5 T8 P4 Ov15 3.9

Keg at Deya Taproom. Pours a hazy deep red colour with a thin white head. Aroma: hops, yeast, fruity, tropical and of course some blueberry. Taste: hoppy, tropical fruits, blueberries coming through nicely with an aftertaste. Medium body, smooth milky creamy mouthfeel from the lactose. Very nice IPA, Deya’s influence is evident and welcomed.
