A collaboration with our friends at Pilcrow for their second birthday, 'French Martini' is a Milkshake IPA inspired by the New York cocktail. Infused with 100g/l of raspberries, 40g/l of pineapple, a splash of vanilla and dry hopped with Chinook and Azacca. This beer is smooth, creamy, and fruity with a slightly refreshing tart finish.

Keg @ Knott Bar, Manchester. Lighter pink and very sweet tasting with some hops available. Has a fair strength to it.

Keg at Wild Beer Jessop House. Hazy pink with a small head. Aroma of vanilla, raspberry, pineapple. Taste has more vanilla than the fruits, raspberry, pineapple, lactose, quite sweet. Medium body, smooth, soft carbonation.

Tap. Shakespeare’s, Sheffield. Pale, raspberry red. Moderate haze. No head. Nose has raspberry milkshake. Berry smoothie. Pineapple juice. Tinned strawberry. Full works here. Taste has some matching sweetness, but with a nicely balanced, grapefruit pith bitterness. Medium body. Slick and smooth. Low carbonation. Bright bitterness to finish. Works well.
