It took a while for us to get our hands on the New Zealand hop Nelson Sauvin so we decided to double dry hop a Brut style IPA with it. The light and dry base beer accentuates the slightly dry and vinous flavour and aroma of the hops.

The artwork is inspired by a remote and mysterious cycling route called the Forgotten World Highway in New Zealand.

Can. Hazy gold beer, short lived pale cream colour head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has decent fine minerally carbonation..Dry pale malts, not that sweet. Dry pithy bitter citric hops. Trace of fresh orange. Mild pine. Dry finish. Not doing huge amounts for me. Too dry and pithy.

Can. Beer Stop, Dronfield. Pale gold, with a light haze. Film of super sticky, white head. Nose has sweet lemon. Nelson like twang of grape. Some pine needle and hop leaf. Very West Coast. Taste has a sharp, tangy bitterness. A little drying. Medium body. Soft carbonation. More of the dryness. Fairly clean, twangy bitterness to finish.
