English workers were allowed two drinking periods or "sessions" each workday. This called for a lighter beer than an everyday stout or porter, allowing workers to drink more beer without getting wasted. Normally we don’t enforce the Law but, in this case, cheers to it!

33cl can from cesarpball, thanks César. Pours clear golden amber with a medium white head. Aroma is citrus, grassy, malts. Taste of citrus fruits and peel, orange, grassy, biscuity malt, quite a strong lingering bitterness for a session IPA. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Not bad.

Draught at SKAAL. Clear golden appearance with a thin white head. Spicy fruity flavour with a dry finish. Nice.

150ml draught at Skaal. Clear golden-brown body. Patchy surface, spotty lacing. Grassy hops on the nose, dry. Mixed taste of brown malts and leafy hops. Malt-fruity bitter ending notes. Medium bodied. Drinks very well. (Copenhagen 10.05.2018).

Jeg går planken for siste gang denne fantastiske sommeruken i mai-18, og i dag på SKAAL ved Kultorvet: klar gylden med godt skum der varer. Lys, let og fruktig med tør bitterhed. Solid indtryk i sølle 4.2%. En riktig god session ipa med lang, urtepræget eftersmag.

Draft @ Skaal, Copenhagen. Pours a pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty weak grassy hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grassy hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty grassy citrus hoppy finish.

Draft. A golden beer with a huge beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, spices, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, malt, spices, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow. Small white head. Aroma is herbal. Grapefruity. Smooth fruity. Oily. Toasted. Slight bitter. Dry and hoppy finish.
