Collective Arts is one of the most exciting brewing projects around right now, so we're delighted to welcome them to Finchampstead for a brew. Feed The Fire is an old-school West Coast IPA. Expect delicate caramel sweetness from the malts, while Centennial, Columbus, Simcoe and Amarillo stoke up a clean, prominent bitterness.

(Draught at BrewDog Shepherds Bush, London, 24 Nov 2019) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with resin, grapefruit, pine needles and floral hops. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of resin, pine needles, citrus, caramel and a balanced citric, piney bitterness. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh and tasty. Nice one.

Can at home, 23/12/19. Clear golden amber with a decent off white covering. Nose is orange pith, grass, toasted malts, melon, citric tinged straw, grapefruit zest. Taste comprises tangerine, pale malts, grass, grapefruit, light pine needle, melon, hint of weed. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with grassy come juicy hop bitterness. Decent clean and easy drinking IPA if no wow offered... I get the west coast vibe.

Keg at the brewery. Earthy marmalade aroma. Orange-gold. Creamy translucent white head recedes quickly. Light bitter through to the finish. Spice and fruit. Medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Long dry astringent is. Decent marmalade IPA.
