This 6.8% IPA has been brewed using Pils and Caramalts, a then hopped with a classic combo of Columbus, Chinook, Cascade, Centennial and Simcoe.
Think piney and citrusy aroma, coupled with a resinous, pithy bitterness. Delicious!

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at Hop Burns & Black, Peckham. Pours clear golden orange with a lasting, frothy off-white head. Has some nice throwback piney bitterness to it, lightly toasted pale malts, citrus peel, alcohol. Medium bodied, subtly oily, with fine, massaging carbonation. Finishes with soft resinous pine, some flinty minerality, dried orange rind, sun-kissed pale bread. Not bad overall.
