We were long overdue a return collaboration with our local buddies Pentrich, so why not bring out a new style for us, our first Triple IPA. Hopped with Galaxy, El Dorado and Simcoe Cryo, this is bold, fruity and delicious.

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Murky yellow. Stale hops, oniony, sweet, alcohol, bitterish note.

440ml can. Sweet, ripe tropical fruity and herbal hoppy with some pine, grass, mango, pineapple and warming alcohol. Decent, but it's yet another too sweet and ripe fruity TIPA.

Can. Hazy gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, pretty light, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, a very light creamy sweetness. Light pine into persistent but low level nibbly hop spice. Good stone fruits, very good with a touch of mangoish led tropical fruits underneath. Mild citrus adds more dimension. Finishes smooth with a nibbly hop spice linger. Lovely stuff. Intense hop fruitiness with more than adequate hop spice and pine. Second cracking Galaxy DIPA on the trot and a lot of the flavours are common, which would suggest this latest batch of Galaxy is the best this hop has been since it came on the scene a decade or so ago. Lovely stuff.

Can from neon raptor. Such a big bold beer. Tropical abs citrus juicy sweet aroma and taste. Is it just a big sweet? Full smooth body.

440ml can. Murky golden orange, white head. Aroma of sweet overripe fruits, malts. Taste is very hoppy, very sweet, overripe mango, pineapple, peach, pine, malts, booze. Medium-full body. Nice TIPA but too sweet.
