This straightforward New England IPA recipe was created by Other Half Brewing. The idea is for brewers around the world to produce a beer to the same basic recipe, but allow for some interpretation space.
We collaborated with our Friends at Brewgooder again to produce our speciality – A NEIPA hopped with Columbus, Mosaic, Citra and Cascade fermented with London Ale yeast on a solid malt bill of cara and oats. A percentage of proceeds go towards helping our colleagues in the hospitality sector.

Can from Westhill Service Station. It pours cloudy bright gold with a decent white head. The aroma is fresh and crazy juicy, ripe tropical vibe, orange creamsicle, orange squash, fanta, peach, mango, um bungo, candied peel, touch of greenness and floury bread. The taste is initially dry, green and weedy, some bitterness, spicy almost, thick and juicy, pithy, zesty orange, grapefruit, peachy, tinned mango, orange creamsicle, fanta and a touch of alcohol warmth to tie it together. Finish is lingering dryness. Medium body and moderate carbonation. A very nice iteration of All Together. Green and fruity. Enjoyable.
