Watch out kitty kat, this canary is jacked. Citra Cryo, Mosaic and Sabro are pumping iron in this full-bodied NEIPA fermented with Kveik yeast. Tastes like drinking mango cocktails while wearing a straw hat.

Can. Hazy yellowish gold beer, tidy bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and crisp and semi dry. Light malts, a little thin, just a modest sweetness. Hops bring light citrus and pine, the Sabro element is disappointingly recessed. As strong as the citrus is a lightly savoury green hop skunk. Light crisp finish. It never quite sings for me. Not enough Sabro and too much skunk.
