[ As Hop Hooligans Make It Wok ].
ABV: 5.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, spicy, moderate hoppy, grass, ginger, pepper, szechuan peppercorn. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, floral, herbal, grass, pale malt, spicy - ginger - pepper - szechuan peppercorn, later finish has medium hot chili. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200619]

Can from Hop Hooligans. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, chili and moderate hoppy - straw. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish with a solid chili bite. I generally hate chili beers, but I guess this one could have been worse. 190620

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Strong burning chili notes. Average light bitter not pleasent chili finish. Oily palate.

[50cl can from Beer52.] An amber pour with a white head; bready malt aroma; malty body with a medium chilli hit; then some lime; and a warm gingery aftertaste. Not bad, but I won’t be having another.

500ml can. Clear golden, white head. Aroma of biscuity malts and chilli. Taste is the same, biscuity malts, then the chilli heat comes (moderate), and there's a little lemon/lime zest. Medium body. Actually quite nice as a one-off but definitely wouldn't drink a chilli lager regularly.

Can from Hop Hooligans. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are nice balanced chilies with fresh malt, hops and has a nice light hot finish. Good chili beer.
