The Monkey is playful and mischievous in nature. We like to have fun and play around with our beers. In doing so we created this Jungle IPA. A cheeky little juicy fruitbomb. Bright unfiltered, with a full mouthfeel, soft hop bitterness, and flavour for Africa! Welcome to the Jungle.

440ml can at Taps Beer Bar, Changkat, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy light amber colour with a big lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light toffee caramel, zesty tropical fruits. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a rich, smooth caramel malt, orange marmalade, floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

440ml can. Gold amber with a slight haze, white head. Aroma of pine, resin, grapefruit. Taste is grapefruity, piney, resinous, some malts - caramel, bitter and pithy finish. Medium body. Decent considering the age.

440ml can. Opalescent, orangey, dark golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity and piney, hoppy aroma, notes of yellow stone fruit, passion fruit, some pineapple. Taste is crisp, bitter and piney hoppy, slightly fruity and minimally chalky, sweet-ish, pale and caramel malty basis, hints of mandarine, orange zest, some pineapple, a touch of passion fruit. NEIPA fruit profile in West Coast execution.
