We've dedicated this Triple Fruited Gose to the thickest + tastiest tropical fruit, with nothing but Mango! Being showcased in all it's glory, Mango's juicy, soft, sweet + slightly bitter qualities balance beautifully against the signature salty goodness of our base Gose recipe.

PKG 120320. Deep hazy yellow. Smells of sour mango. Thick, with some subtle carbonation lightening it up. Nice sourness, but also some sweetness, loads of fruit of course. So much mango, amazing how much they threw in. One problem: I don't like mango..

440ml can. Murky, orangey golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, yellow-ish head. Tangy and fruity aroma, notes of mango, lactic acid, some salt and sauerkraut. Taste is tart, juicy fruity, slightly salty, notes of mango, unripe mango, some fruit acid, lactic acid, subtle pulpy sweetness. Mushy texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, prickly carbonation. Very fruity, still well balanced, very refreshing. Good!

Thick mango juice with salt. One of the best of the series.

Can. Very hazy mango colour beer, residual pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry with a good fine minerally crispness. North are rather good at these fruited Gose jobs. This is another good one, crisp and slightly savoury and with a mildly tart mango. And yet... and yet... it lacks that astonishing (and for me most desirable) intensity that some earlier takes on the style had from this brewer. Very drinkable but don't back off any more please chaps.

Rating seems to have disappeared so reposting... 24/04/2020: 440ml can. Pours opaque like a glass of orange juice. Aroma of mango. Taste is all mango juice, sour, tart, salty. Medium bodied, so thick for the abv. Probably the best fruit to fly solo in a TFG.

440ml can. Pours like orange juice with a small head. Aroma is salty, sour mango. Taste has salty mango to start and a mango juice finish. Salty aftertase. Thick mouthfeel.
