This DIPA was brewed with Apex Brewing Company who visited us at the beginning of March (a lifetime ago). We hopped this beer with Mosaic, El Dorado, Nelson Sauvin and Columbus for allll the juice and then added homemade oat cream to the boil for an extra soft mouthfeel.

Neipa yellow, short head. Mmmosaic, juice peach, apricot, heavy hops with no burn. Nice thick body, some alcohol. Very nice.

Can @ Mikkeller WebShop. Pours hazy deep golden with a white head. Lovely floral and tropical nose of fresh hops. Very soft and smooth. Clean and quaffable. Nice.

Can. An unclear yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, melons, pineapple, hops, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Can at home from Peders Delivery - hazed golden yellow with a white head. Fragrant aroma on opening with some floral and pine from the mosaic, orange and grapefruit citrus juicy notes and sauvin infused gooseberry and grape on the palate, medium body, minerals, light citrus rind bitterness into the solid hoppy close. Very nice

440ml can. Hazy pale golden, white head. Aroma of gooseberry, mango, grapefruit. Taste is very tropical, citrusy, stone fruits, mango, grapefruit, gooseberry, oats. Medium body, very smooth and creamy.
