Created using our house sour culture. Wonderfully sharp and full of fruit. It's the largest amount of fruit we've ever put in a beer and it shows. A vivid pink/purple hue and a body to balance out the sour tones.

Tight foamy punk hued head in a vivid pale red rose coloured body. Big aroma of raspberry. Medium bodied, smooth & foamy on the tongue with clean dry back. Raspberry, chalky, malt & sour tastes with a bitter tart finish. Tastes like a Raspberry Mambo from the '70s

Hazy/cloudy pink with a bubbly light pink head and a lovely aroma of raspberries and strawberries. Zesty and fruity, more tart than puckeringly sour, but all the while very refreshing with a very light malt presence in the background

440ml can delivered from the Two-Tailed Lion, Leicester and drunk at home. It pours a deep pink, clear with a pinkish white head. Light berry aroma, a touch of posset not very sour but it has a definite tartness cutting sideways across the fruit-laden sweetness. Raspberry yoghurt notes linger in the finish and aftertaste. Low to medium carbonation, oily body.

Keg @ Bundobust, Manchester. Hazy pink with a small head. It's a lightly hopped sour with a low to mid sourness, and it gets sweeter in its nose.
