Can from Cork and Cask. Pours surprisingly clear golden with a thin white head. Getting the lime on the nose, some lactic sour notes. Creamy. Little black pepper. Taste is sour lime up front. Tingle of salt and pepper at the back. Nicely done.

330ml can from Pilot. Clear golden with a moderate white head. Citrus and black pepper aroma, flavour is very tart lime with salt and pepper in the finish. Love this

Clear that golden beer, white head. Nic smell.ofnlome.and hops. The initial hit of lime is super tart before it mellows out, with salt and pepper not overpowering and bringing a bit of balance. The fresh tasting lime is lovely, and while.its a simple tasting beer it's got a lot.ofnheft and excellent balance.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - hazy orange with no head. Nose - lime, lemon wax and salty. Taste - loads more lime juice, zest and wax. Salt too of course. Palate - light bodied, persistent finish. Palate cleansing sourness. Overall - not getting the pepper so much but lovely beer.

330ml can. Clear golden, white head. Aroma of zesty lime. Taste of zingy zesty lime juice, very tart, sour, a little salt, didn't really get the pepper. Light body, moderate carbonation. Very nice.

Can from Bottle Baron. Clear golden body with no head or lacing. Lively carbonation. Aroma of bay leaf and lime. Flavour of lime juice and a hint of peppery heat. Thin body with a watery texture. Light fizz. Very tart with a welcome peppery finish.

Tight creamy off white head stayed on a dark gold still body. Seaweed & yeast aroma. Medium bodied, soft over the tongue with a clean sharp back. Coconut, lime, salt, citrus & vinous tastes with a peppery finish. Deece!

Can. For the style, this is a remarkably clear gold beer. A small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and still has decent fine carbonation. Good punchy lime, a little lime peel, touch of floral lime A nice lime peel punchy tang. The gose savoury vibe is well done and elevated even further by the light but tasty black pepper undertone. Light crispy finish. Good limey tangy linger. This is my sort of Gose, where the basic style pushes and boost the additions. Refreshing, tasty and with good salt and pepper.
