Using the same grist as our other Street Series IPAs, Farnsworth Street is heavily dosed with Australian Vic Secret hops. Pouring a milky golden straw color, tropical fruit forward aromas of ripe cantaloupe, mango sorbet, citrus peel and passion fruit are accented by a touch of zesty pine and lead into a palate rich with flavors of fresh pineapple, orange creamsicle, diced melon and tangerine. Farnsworth Street has a fluffy mouthfeel with medium body and a dry finish highlighted by a pleasant, clean floral bite.

4 pack of cans, batch 1, canned 7/27/17, drunk over the course of a month, starting on 7/29/17.
Fully-hazed, lightly cloudy/turbid, peachy apricot-golden. Large white head fades to a ring rather quickly.
At two days old, unsurprisingly, the stuff was almost undrinkable. So much green, aggressive hop character and a surprising amount of pine and resin given that I don't associate that at all with Vic's Secret. Maybe it's the CTZ they use to add this bitterness? Could do without it, but let's see how it develops.
Three weeks later and finally the nose reveals the softer, juicy, orange-mango character that I'd expect from this hop. Just a touch of acidity/resin, balancing, with the honey and cracker malt character that comes with the street series.
In the mouth it's like a glass of mango-orange-tangerine juice; no better way to describe it. No resin and no sharp ester, though that has come with age, no doubt. Really seems to have hit the sweet spot at three weeks and continues to be enjoyable 10 days later. Creamy and almost pulpy-like texture typical of the series. Lingering, strong, Galaxy-like spiciness on the finish is quite nice and helps add some zest to the otherwise extremely juicy character. Some alcohol in there and just a touch sharp at points. Not the best texture I've had in a Trillium IPA; a bit lacking on the lushness and ultra-soft creaminess. But of course, that's mostly nitpicking; this is still fine stuff. Impressive how long the green, juicy, fresh hop character lasted on this one. I look forward to trying the DDH version.

Can. Pours fairly cloudy OJ, large white fluffy head, dissipates slowly with good lacing. Aroma is light, notes of melon, mango, pine resin. Flavor is light sweet and light bitter, melons. Medium body, soft mouthfeel. Not really my favorite flavor profile.

Can [from trade with Jtclockwork, thanks!] @ home. Opaque hazy orange color, medium sized white head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma is just full on tropical fruit hop, nothing more. Love it. Taste lightly malts, hops, lightly pine, lightly resin, fruity, fruity hops, citrussy hoppy a bit, resinous bitter, nice hop bitterness. Medium body and suitable carbonation. Absolutely delicious!
