7-3-8-4-15 Can, two months after canning. Pours cloudy opaque dark yellow, with an enormous creamy head receding to two finger thickness. Aroma is tropical hops with apricots, mango, passion fruit and citrusy notes of lime, tangerines and grapefruit, as well as grassy notes with fruit peel and minerals. Medium to full body, with fairly soft carbonation. Flavour is grassy hops with tropical notes of passion fruit and citrusy notes of blood orange and grapefruit, as well as stone fruits, fruit peel and minerals. Brilliant session beer going for a win in the heavy weight ring.
