January is always a time to reflect on a few things, one of those things for us was how much port, prosecco, beer and wine we drank over the festive period. If you're not quite going dry this January, we've brewed a sessionable IPA for you to enjoy. Brewed using extra pale malt and the usual suspects, wheat and flaked oats and a small amount of bittering hops in the boil to accentuate mouthfeel and flavour. A late dry hop of Citra, Enigma, Ekuanot and Simcoe brings huge, soft, tropical fruit aroma and flavours of fleshy pear, pineapple, lime and a touch of earthy spice.
