We collaborated with craft cider producers and good folk of Pomologik and after only a few discussions there was no other option but Polyamory. A Farmhouse Graf that brings both the feeling of strolling through Berlin in a hot summer day and the ‘chic’ of chilling by the sea in southern France.
Polyamory pours light-golden in the glass, a fluffy white head surges immediately to cap and finish decorating this beautiful drink. In the nose an intense smell of Skåne grown ‘Aroma’ apples lead the dance with the dank freshness of the Dry hops. In the mouth, the proportions reverse. The magic dank and juicy trio Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic come forward and combine with the funky Brett notes from the cider.

Pomologik collab. Tap at Eskilstuna Ölkultur. Hazy golden body, white head. Brett, peach and apple in the aroma. Sweetish, very bretty taste, going towards toothrot, but apples stick through, some citric notes too, a bit leathery. Very interesting, a bit leathery-juicy in the end. Chaos, but I kinda like it!

--Keg at Eskilstuna Ölkultur, Eskilstuna. -- Hazy golden, mid sized head. Bretty tart nose. Tart with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Bretty and minerally with green apples. Low bitterness. Bit sharp.

330ml can from Cat in the Glass. Thanks Cat. Misty golden yellow, nice white foam atop. Lovely bretty nose. Good Brett coming through to taste with fleeting cider glimpses and delicate floral moments. Lovely stuff.

26/2/2021. Can sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours slightly hazy pale gold with minimal head. Aroma is bretty, citrus, floral, hop, hint of sour apple. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness, touch of tart and salt. Moderate body, slight oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Quite liked it.

330ml can from Cat in the Glass, as Spike x Pomologick Polyamory Bretted Graf 5.4%. Hazy golden colour, big foamy head leaving lots of lacing and aroma of citrus, hoppy, zesty, bretty funk. Taste is sourish, fruity, apple hint, with lemon rind, zingy, brett funky, pale malt, zesty and citric notes. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tangy sourish finish. Nicely drinkable.
