Can shared in Hackney - cheers to sethbreaker. Pours lightly hazed yellow-gold with a quickly fading, fizzy white head. Light-medium sweet flavour with mellow acidity, low funk, some pale wood dryness, a little salty sweat, lemon. Light bodied with delicate carbonation. Modestly tart finish, lemony tang. Not bad.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong brett, lemon zest, oak. Slick body, brett, oak, light dry finish, very nice.

Pour is a hazy blonde with a large white head and tons of effervescent bubbles streaming up. Aroma is brett wine barrel funk with some oak just like the can says. Flavor is more oak with some vanilla and some grain malt. This was a blonde ale fermented with brett. While a nice showcase for what brett can do in a beer, this needed a bit more hops or another adjunct to really make this a winner. As it sits, if you like brett in your beer this is for you.
