Can from Liquid Hops. Sparkly rhubarb juice optics, low head. Fresh raspberry nose with a hint of bubblegum. Medium light, fairly chalky clayish mouthfeel. Fizzlestick berry, rhubarb and milk acid tartness. Dislike the mineral notes on flavor and palate here.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, dark pink colour with average to huge, frothy to macropore, rapidly diminishing, off-white head. Fruity and slightly leafy, raspberry aroma, tart-ish and tangy hints of sauerkraut. Taste is sour, acidic, lactic, slightly fruity, dry and leafy hints of raspberry, hints of lemon peel, a touch of sauerkraut.

Sample@Ølfestival København 2018, Copenhagen - red coloured pour with a white pinkish head. Medium sour raspberry fruity prominence, berry fruity, yeast, medium body, raspberry infused tart fruity finish. Tasty.

Bottle at home. Pours opaque muted coral red with offwhite head. Sweet and sour raspberries on top of wheat and lemon, fruitstones, cheesecake and exotic joy. Moderate sweet, medium sour and Dry & Bitter. About medium body, feels pulpy and fruity, soft carbonation. Very much my kind of juice.
