BIAB sample courtesy of Grumbo from 11th Elysian Winter Beer Festival, Cheers Graham! Pale yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of mellow apple, woody, funky. Taste is sweetish, fleshy apple, alittle solventy funk, some tartness, and light biscuit hints. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.

17/01/2020. From Bag In A Box at the 11th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours clear quite pale yellow gold with minimal head. Aroma of sweet apples, fruity, slightly rubbery, touch funky and citrusy. Medium plus sweetness, very light tartness. Medium body, oily texture, soft to flat carbonation. Quite enjoyed this.
