Bottle at Roger and Sue's, picked up in the Aleway, Axminster, 17/09/21. Clear copper to amber with a fast collapsing white head of bubbles. Nose is toffee apple, brown sugar sprinkle, apple skins, modest farmyard esters. Taste comprises apple pie, caramel, light tannins, apple skins, orchard fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Decent.

500ml bottle shared with Soph. Pours clear gold, fruity medium apple nose. Lovely characterful cider, good barrel influence, hints of tobacco and leather, great tannic fur, light bitterness, nice firm fruity bite. Good.

26/1/2020. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of medium sweet apples, light funky barnyard notes, and a bit of rubber. Medium sweetness, sticky texture, soft carbonation. Ok.

500ml bottle from Slurp. Orangey gold colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of tangy apple, caramel, funk. Taste is sweetish, funky, baked apple, tart, with caramel notes, some barnyard, leafy & biscuit hints and drying tannin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, medium-dry tannic finish. Quite OK
